Luïza Luz (they/them) is a Brazilian transdisciplinary artist, educator, singer-composer, and author. Their work focuses on intersectional environmentalism and emancipatory pedagogies, engaging with spatial, sonic, performative, and participatory ecologies. Luïza integrates intuitive, scientific, and fictional approaches to language, deep listening, and somatic practices, highlighting decay and transformation as essential forces in Earth's cycles.

They founded and taught the Planetary Embodiment seminar at the Berlin University of Arts for five semesters, culminating in collective projects and the 2023 publication Planetary Embodiment: Cooking With Words for Systemic Change and Solidarity. Luïza has also been a guest professor at institutions such as the Sandberg Institute.
